 April 18, 2008 Parliamentary Law Month
The month of April is designated as National Parliamentary Law Month. The National Association of Parliamentarians, founded in 1930, educates citizens on the importance of parliamentary procedure and Robert's Rules of Order, which protect people's rights to be heard, to be counted and to be respected during meetings.
