 February 25, 2010 Oswego County Recognizes Palmitesso
The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presented Carleen Palmitesso with a certificate for 25 years of service to the county. Palmitesso is a caseworker with the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
