2008 Residential Assessment
Ratios
The
residential assessment ratio is an indicator of the level of assessment of 1,
2, and 3 family homes within a municipality. A ratio is computed for each sale dividing
the assessed value by the sale price. The ratios are sorted in ascending order
with the median ratio (midpoint) selected as the residential assessment ratio.
Towns showing "Not Issued" have conducted a reassessment.
